This outstanding specimen features a beautifully formed apatite crystal in association with feldspar, presenting an impressive size and a commanding vertical presence. The apatite displays a refined pinkish tone enhanced by a bright vitreous luster, giving the crystal a lively internal glow and strong visual impact. Its prismatic form is clean and well defined, rising confidently from the feldspar matrix, which provides excellent contrast and stability to the overall composition.
Delicate, smaller crystals of fluorite, quartz, and albite are naturally attached along the sides, adding texture, complexity, and subtle color accents that further enrich the specimen. The balance among crystal size, color, luster, and associations yields a highly aesthetic, display-worthy piece that easily stands among the finest apatite specimens we have acquired from Pakistan.
Apatite is a phosphate mineral valued by collectors for its wide range of colors, strong luster, and well-formed prismatic crystals, often serving as an indicator mineral in pegmatitic and hydrothermal environments and offering both scientific interest and exceptional visual appeal.
