A very attractive specimen of hauyne with pyrite set on matrix, showing vivid blue crystals beautifully scattered across the surface. The hauyne crystals are well crystallized and form an appealing natural aggregation, complemented by subtle metallic pyrite, which adds contrast and texture. Under UV light, the hauyne displays a strong and striking orange fluorescence, creating a dramatic visual effect. The overall composition is highly aesthetic and makes an excellent display piece. Hauyne is a rare feldspathoid mineral prized for its intense blue color and strong fluorescence, most notably from classic localities such as Germany and Italy. Fine specimens with good crystal definition and fluorescence are highly sought after by collectors.
