From the well-known Chhappu locality comes this richly textured and highly eye-catching tourmaline specimen. A dense carpet of slender green tourmaline crystals spreads naturally across the surface, creating a lively and intricate display. The crystals show a pleasant light green-to-yellow green tone, a color strongly associated with material from this locality. Many prisms stand upright with bright luster and clean faces, and most remain in excellent condition with well-preserved terminations. Beneath them, a fresh white albite matrix provides a crisp contrast that beautifully highlights the tourmaline crystals. A showy and attractive specimen that represents Chhappu material very well and carries a strong aesthetic appeal for collectors.
