Malachite Stalactites represent the epitome of Earth’s abstract sculptures. The elegance of the tall spires, the peaks and valleys, varying in color from dark forest to pure jade green, and the sugary texture reflecting light in all directions make “Emerald City” among the most spectacular malachite specimens. The primary source of Malachite is the Democratic Republic of Congo. This specific locality has produced numerous Malachite specimens over the years, however, this specimen is the complete all-around excellent example in size class featuring jaw-dropping unique growths of Malachite in tower form on Malachite matrix. The overall shape and three stunning Malachites in tower shape proudly standing on Malachite bed. The growth is awe-inspiring; showing black and greenish spots and unique growth on the whole specimen. The small and middle size Malachite towers harmoniously hug each other at the top while the large tower is 12 cm in size and stands boldly at a distance from the two towers which adds mesmerizing enhancement to the overall symmetry of the specimen. It is an important locality piece with a nice size and shape to add to one’s collection.
