Return Requirements

  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, certificates, and documentation (if applicable) must be included.

  • The return shipment must be properly packed and securely shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure you use a secure courier service and obtain a tracking number. Fine Art Minerals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Important Notice

  • Special order items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns after 15 days from the delivery date.

After the 15-day period, all sales are considered final.
