The Tucson Gem & Fine Mineral Show 2026

Fine Art Minerals Show Highlights 2026

The Tucson mineral season is not a single show but a city-wide gathering that transforms Tucson into the center of the mineral world each year. During the season, Fine Art Minerals participated across multiple venues, allowing us to meet collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts throughout the entire showcase.

We began at the Mineral Garden Building #1, located at 405 North Granada Avenue, Tucson, Arizona, where we exhibited from January 27 to February 11, 2026. This newly introduced exhibition venue in the Tucson showcase is operated by Mr. Pang Zhaoyua, director of the China Nanjing International Mineral, Gemstone, and Fossil Expo (CIMGE). The location brought fresh international attention and energy to the exhibitions. During our time there, we displayed a range of collector-quality specimens and had the pleasure of meeting many visitors from around the world.

Alongside the Mineral Garden venue, we also briefly participated in the Westward Look Mineral Show, held at 245 East Ina Road, Tucson, Arizona, from January 29 to February 1, 2026. One of Tucson’s most respected collector-oriented exhibitions, the atmosphere at Westward Look is always intimate and engaging, allowing collectors to study specimens in person carefully. Visitors were able to examine crystal structures under proper lighting, observe internal features, and appreciate luster and clarity that photographs alone cannot fully convey.

For the final part of the season, we exhibited at the Tucson Convention Center, 260 South Church Avenue, Tucson, Arizona, during the 71st Annual Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, held February 12 to February 15, 2026. This historic exhibition, organized by the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, has held international stature since the 1970s and uniquely brings together museums, curators, professionals, and collectors under one roof. The theme celebrated the spirit and beauty of minerals, highlighting both their scientific importance and artistic appeal.

Across all venues, Fine Art Minerals presented a carefully curated selection of important specimens, including the iconic Mont Blanc fluorite, a newly acquired aquamarine, a striking cuprian Paraiba tourmaline from Brazil, and many other remarkable pieces from classic localities around the world. Collectors had the opportunity to closely study the specimens under proper lighting, observe internal structures, and appreciate the balance and aesthetics of each piece in hand. Many visitors spent considerable time discussing mineralogy, localities, and crystal formation, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The opportunity to examine specimens directly remains one of the most valuable aspects of Tucson, as crystal form, luster, and clarity are best appreciated in person, something that photographs can never fully capture.

The entire season was deeply rewarding. We were especially pleased to meet returning clients, welcome new collectors, and reconnect with field collectors and longtime colleagues. Many specimens found new homes, while others inspired thoughtful discussions among advanced collectors and mineral enthusiasts.

The friendships, conversations, and shared appreciation for natural beauty are what make Tucson truly special each year. We sincerely thank everyone who visited our displays and spent time with us. Your trust and support mean a great deal to us, and we look forward to future exhibitions with discoveries and exceptional mineral specimens.
